The qualification obtained in Romania has the same value as the one earned in Italy, thanks to membership in the European Union.

At a professional level, the right of establishment and practice of the profession is in fact guaranteed by the uniformity of training paths, with the bilateral recognition of qualifications between the countries of the European Union (European Directives 2005/36 and 2006/100, implemented by Legislative Decree 206/07, allow legal equivalence for use in Italy of the qualification obtained in Romania.
Important note: at the end of the qualifying course, the EPC professional card is issued.
Through the issuance of the EPC card, the EU citizen, both entering and leaving Italy, will be able to work under the freedom to provide services and the right of establishment, in the event of a long-term transfer, in application of Directive 2013/55/EU amending Directive 2005/36/EC and allowing the automatic recognition of the real estate agent card issued in another country of the European Community

The course is organized once a year by educational institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education and by the Ministry of Labour
Course duration: 4 months ( 720 total hours, including practical part)
The course is completely online (theoretical part), with training internship in Romania (online). The final exams (simple multiple-choice test) will be held online.
What our offer includes:
-Procedure for recognition of Italian qualifications as corresponding Romanian qualifications (including Ministry fees, translation of all documents, notary certification and anything else required);
-Romanian language course: fully online,
-simple language exam and the related A2 certificate (fee included);
-Enrollment in the qualifying course for Real Estate Agent (fees excluded), lasting 4 months
-Registration in the specific Romanian register of real estate agents and issue of the European EPC card
-Bilingual and logistical assistance;
-On-site tutoring service provided by tutors of Italian and Romanian nationality who will accompany the trainees throughout the entire training process;
-Assistance and search for suitable accommodation near the Romanian University. Food, accommodation and travel expenses are borne by the trainee;
Price: euro 3,900.00 VAT included, we issue a regular invoice (possibility of customized interest-free installment payments), payments exclusively by bank transfer.

-High school diploma in authenticated copy with AJA apostille,
-Copy of identity card and tax code,
-3 passport photos,
-multilingual birth certificate indicating the names of the parents
